About The Client
Vikasati is a bath house and wellness sanctuary in Red Hill that offers ice baths, saunas, magnesium spas, a gym and more.
Their mission is to inspire people to move their body, restore their mind and find a sense of belonging so they can be at their best, in all aspects of life.
Why They Contacted Us
Vikasati had an awesome product and a great team, but not enough people knew about it them. They wanted to launch a social media campaign to generate sales and build more awareness.
They had experimented with ads before, but with mixed results. They contacted us to create a campaign that would be more profitable and bring in customers, without overpaying to get them.
We started with Facebook ads and then become a core part of their team, re-designing their website, creating Google ads, managing their SEO and helping them with marketing operations.

Review The Buyer Journey
One challenge with Vikasati is they also offer a gym, but they only wanted to focus on promoting the sanctuary. When you first visit the website, it wasn’t clear which direction someone should take, so we had to optimise the messaging and user experience.

New Landing Pages
They already had a decent website, but we wanted to make it razor-sharp. We designed new landing pages, wrote customer-focused copy, added a guarantee to entice people, made the pricing more clear and focused it all toward a single call to action.

Remove Friction
Once someone was ready to buy, they had to select from a list of options, and then read through terms in order to check out. We simplified these steps by going straight a single product, adding the terms as a link and minimising form fields to make checkout easier.

Now it was time to write ads and design attention grabbing visuals. Since everything had been heavily optimised, new customers started coming in quickly. The results were so good, we thought it was a glitch!

google ads & SEO
With great initial success, we introduced Google Ads and SEO to improve their search presence. We kept improving their website and created a content plan which increase their rankings for multiple organic keywords.

Off the back of their successful Brisbane location, they launched up a new bathhouse on the Gold Coast. We helped with an extensive launch plan and generated over 2000 subscribers before they opened!
