The Client
The Sports Nutrition Association (SNA) is the only professional body responsible for establishing and standardising best practices in Sports Nutrition in Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the US.
They allow people to study sports nutrition online and receive a certification, insurance and registration, as well as providing ongoing support and education.
The Challenge
When SNA came to us they had some solid advertising experience and runs on the board. Most importantly, they had an awesome product! However, their cost per lead had steadily increased over a period of time, results had started to plateau and their campaign setup was very complex.
Their goal was to get their cost per lead down, improve lead conversion rate, update their marketing material, make their campaign more simple and give their marketing a bit of refresh. After a very successful initial campaign our relationship evolved and we rebuilt their entire website, designed their info pack, helped to automate repetitive tasks and more.

Change Positioning
Before we created anything, we wanted to tweak the positioning. It was okay before but our goal was to make it more exciting, attention grabbing and overall better communicate what makes SNA great.

New Landing Pages
Once we’d refined the messaging we updated the landing pages to more catchier copy, a new design that used the space better and was more mobile friendly, and reduced friction points for visitors.

New Ad Creative
After the landing pages were ready we came up with some powerful advertising angles. We then wrote new ad copy and also designed attention-grabbing visuals that would stand out in the feed.

New Campaigns
We then set up all the campaigns from scratch in a much more simple structure that would deliver better results but also be much easier to manage and report on, allowing them to spend less time to admin.

Launch & Monitor
The campaign went even better than we expected! Over time we established a baseline cost per lead, introduce new locations and applied our key learnings to future campaigns which we still run today.

UPgrade website & marketing material
Once we had a steady stream of leads at a great acquisition cost we re-designed and re-built their entire website to be more user-friendly, more visually impressive and more automated to reduce admin.
The Results
We were thrilled to see the campaign perform even better than we originally intended. In just a few weeks we were able to essentially triple their results for almost half the cost from the previous agency. SNA has a great product and a great team who understands the value of marketing — when it was combined with the right strategy and marketing expertise, it was only a matter of time before they experienced massive success! The campaign has been incredibly successful and we still provide ongoing support to this day.
