The Challenge
Before reaching out to us, they were managing their own social media. They were off to a good start, but didn’t really have a plan — they were just winging it.
As the market was becoming more and more competitive, they wanted to stay ahead of the curve and upgrade their content and social media presence.
They approached us because of our experience in real estate, and we got stuck in!

Website refresh
Before the socials, we gave the website a quick tidy up, as well as creating a property listing template that would keep visitors on their website, instead of paying money to send people to realestate.com.au.

Content creation
We created a content calendar and graphic assets to upgrade their social presence. We also gave them tips for shooting videos, helped them create reels and regularly share new ideas for videos and listings.

Social Media marketing
With content ready, we shared weekly posts on social media and sponsored them to increase reach and engagement. We also created a standard framework for promoting listings which keeps their sellers happy.
The Results
On top of elevating their online presence and building their brand awareness, we helped Shane and his team save a lot of time. By taking a lot of the marketing off their hands, they have the space to focus on what they do best. They can function at a higher level knowing we’re here to help with whatever they need!
