About The Client

South Coast Denture Clinic is a denture clinic on the Gold Coast that helps people replace missing teeth.

They were established over 20 years ago and recently purchased by a new owner who wanted to grow.

 

The Challenge

Before reaching out to us, SCDC’s brand was okay but it needed improvement. They’d also tried some basic SEO and advertising with other agencies but with average results, and they wanted something more effective.

They reached out to us to initially help with paid advertising, but after getting off to a great start, they wanted to create a more hands-on relationship so we could help grow their local clinic together.

The missing piece in a complete marketing strategy was social media for brand awareness and email marketing for nurturing their community. We installed a basic system to round out their online presence.
