About The Client
Elite Health & Performance is an allied health clinic in Brisbane. They provide physiotherapy, chiropractic, remedial massage and dry needling.
Unlike many clinics that just crack your back and book you in for never ending appointments, they help you find the root cause and making lasting changes to help you live life without restrictions.
The Challenge
Before reaching out to us, Elite HP had a strong social media presence and great Google reviews, but their other channels needed some work. Their website was in need of a re-vamp and they didn’t have a solid marketing strategy.
Together we created a local marketing strategy that covered social media, Google ads, SEO and in-clinic advertising.
We also helped improve the customer experience by installing automation to check-in with patients, re-designing their treatment plan templates and setting up a chat bot to provide more flexible options for website visitors.

Refresh Website
First, we built a brand new website that was easier to use, more impressive to look at and better showcased their expertise. We used Squarespace, a user-friendly website builder so the client could easily make edits.

Google Ads
To create a quick injection of new patients, we set up a Google ad campaign promoting their physio and chiro services. The key was the right keywords, catchy ad copy and an optimised landing pages.

Search Engine Optimisation
With paid ads now bringing in patients, we launched an SEO campaign to invest in the future of the clinic and generate organic patients. We focused on local keywords to target people in the nearby area.

Facebook & Instagram Ads
At this point Elite HP was starting to grow, and the owners wanted to expand their team. We used Facebook and Instagram to generate interest for potential physios and chiros to join the team.

To improve customer retention, we set up a series of automations. E.g after their 1st visit, 5th visit and if they hadn’t booked in 3 months. We also set up an automated bot to engage with website visitors.

open a second clinic!
After lots of growth, we helped them open their second clinic in Toowong, a very proud moment of both of us! With strong foundations the clinic grew quickly, by replicating the success of Bowen Hills.
The Results
On top of generating revenue, we also helped improve the customer experience and their internal operations. In a nutshell, we helped Elite HP create strong marketing foundations that allow them to have consistency and scaleability. We still provide support to this day and are very proud to be part of them team.
