Champions In Real Estate is a real estate agency in Cairns. Led by Michelle Champion, one of Australia’s leading female agents, it has continuously grown in size, with many record-breaking results.
The Challenge
Michelle and Wade reached out to us when they were just starting the business. Knowing that the real estate marketing is competitive, they needed to create a strong brand that would stand out and not be the same as everyone else.
They knew social media was a critical marketing channel and they wanted to create an impressive online presence. They approached us because of our experience in real estate, and we got stuck in!

Content & Social Media
We created a content calendar and graphic assets to establish their social presence. Then, use weekly posts and sponsored content to build their awareness. We also created a standard framework for promoting listings to add value to their sellers.

MARKETING MATERIAL
We helped design a range of marketing assets including their proposal documents, flyers, brochures and other marketing material to make their brand look professional. We also provided marketing support to new agents that joined the team.

We created a Facebook ad campaign to generate leads. We came up with creative ways to promote a property appraisal, without looking like every other agent. We then introduced Google ads to increase their presence on search.
The Results
On top of elevating their online presence and building their brand awareness, we helped the Champions team save a lot of time. By taking a lot of the marketing off their hands, they have the space to focus on what they do best.
