What’s my monthly budget and what’s the best way to get the most out of it?
What's a new channel or strategy we haven't tried that's worth a shot?
Website & Messaging
When was the last time you refreshed your website? Remember, a good website goes beyond how it looks. The messaging is equally as important and it needs to 'flow' seamlessly.
Does it clearly communicate your value proposition?
Does it look fantastic with an impressive design?
Is the content up to date?
Is it mobile optimised?
How does it compare to our competitors?
Pro Tip
Imagine the best sales pitch or conversion you've had with a potential customer. Make sure all of that is communicated on your website.
Advertising
If you're running ads, give them a refresh. If you aren't running any, consider setting up a campaign to attract new customers.
