The Client
Advanced podiatry, and a phone that rings.
Foot & Ankle Specialists in Miranda, in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire, with over 15 years of experience and the technology to match: laser, shockwave, pressure mapping and custom 3D-printed orthotics.
Most of Foot HQ’s patients pick up the phone rather than book online. 218 of the 380 enquiries were tracked phone calls and 162 were confirmed online bookings, so we count both.
Google Ads brings patients in quickly, while SEO and Google Maps keep working when the ads are off. In September the ads were paused for the whole month, and the clinic still had 1,794 organic visits and 78 calls from its Google Business Profile.
