A Plus Physio
Booked out by month two, so they hired three more.
A Plus Physio had space to fill when we started in December 2025. Two months later they were booked out, so they hired three more practitioners and we kept the campaigns running to fill them.
- 116 New patient bookings Dec 2025 to Apr 2026
- $60.74 Average cost per booking Google and Meta combined
- 3 New practitioners hired To keep up with demand
The Client
A clinic with space to fill.
A physio, chiro and myotherapy clinic in Rochedale with a dedicated scoliosis program, and a HumanTrak movement camera that measures joint angles, balance and left-versus-right that most clinics nearby do not have.
They did a lot of research before picking an agency, and what they wanted was simple: more of the right patients, at a cost that did not eat the value of a new patient. Not brand awareness, not impressions.
Two months in they were booked out. They hired three more practitioners, and the campaigns kept running to fill the new capacity.
The Numbers
Confirmed bookings, not clicks.
Every figure below is a confirmed appointment, straight out of the ad accounts. Not impressions, not clicks, not enquiries.
| Campaign | Bookings | Cost per booking |
|---|---|---|
| MM | Conversions | Physio | 56 | $65.93 |
| MM | Conversions | Chiro | 11 | $64.09 |
| All campaigns | 67 | $65.63 |
$60.74 sits a little over the $60 we aim for. Getting booked out does that: less availability means each booking costs more to win. It is a good problem, and the answer is more practitioners, which is exactly what happened.
Confirmed bookings only, December 2025 to April 2026. Campaigns that spent but booked nobody are not listed as rows, though their spend still sits in the totals.
Exceptional support and fantastic results. I did a lot of research and they definitely stood out, as have the results they’ve brought to our clinic.
