We Are Officially A Certified B Corporation!

We are very proud to announce we are officially a certified B Corporation! (B Corp for short). As a certified B Corp we balance purpose with profit and use business as a force for good in the world.

What does that mean?

Being seen as good is easy. Actually doing good and having the processes to enforce it is hard. Certified B Corps are businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental impact, public transparency and legal accountability.

As a B Corp, we make decisions that make a positive impact across our team, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment.

B Corps have a rigorous certification process that can take over a year to complete covering all areas such as cultural diversity, gender equality, environmental impact, charitable donations, company transparency and more.

It is very difficult to get certified (it took us a year) and we wear it with pride! When you work with us you can feel good knowing you’re working with a company that has achieved the highest standard of social and environmental impact.

Why did we want to become a B Corp?

A lot of people talk about being socially conscious, but not enough people actually live it. We wanted to hold ourselves accountable and hopefully inspire other businesses in our community to follow suit.

FOR THE PLANET

We do everything we can to minimize our impact on the planet by donating 5% of sales to environmental charities, being 100% paperless and encouraging staff to work from home using virtual offices.

FOR OUR PEOPLE

We accept everyone no matter their gender, race, age, religion or sexual orientation. Our team never has to feel like their ethics are in conflict with their work, and they are able to contribute toward a greater purpose.

FOR OUR CLIENTS

When you work with us you can directly help the charities we support, and feel good knowing you’re working with a company that has achieved the highest standard of social and environmental impact.
